The HVCG-75 - High Velocity Coil Gun Model 75, is a hyper-velocity projectile weapon used by the Approxima in the Governance. With no moving parts the sabot rounds ejected from the barrel by magnetic force travel at immense speeds, with the only accompanying sound being the crack from the breaking of the speed of sound.
All technical information, from the charge remaining to number of rounds, and targetting data are shared through augmented reality to the weapons operator.
